1. Appointment & Cancellations
To provide "Zero Wait Time" for all patients in Guwahati, we adhere to a strict scheduling policy:
- Appointments must be confirmed at least 2 hours in advance via our automated SMS or WhatsApp system.
- Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling to maintain service quality for subsequent patients.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the slot may incur a nominal convenience fee on the next visit.
2. Digital & AI Diagnostics
SureSmile Guwahati utilizes modern AI imaging tools for precise diagnostics. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- AI insights are used as supportive tools; final clinical decisions are always made by our specialized dental professionals.
- Digital X-rays and 3D scans are stored in encrypted cloud servers for your historical health tracking.
3. Data Privacy & Tele-Health
Your privacy is our priority. In 2026, we follow "Privacy by Design" principles:
- We do not share your contact details with third-party marketing agencies.
- All WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted.

4. Payments & Refunds
We believe in transparent pricing:
- Quotes provided for major treatments (Aligners, Orthodontics) are valid for 30 days.
- Refunds for completed procedures are not applicable; however, we offer guaranteed corrective care for specific treatments as per the signed consent form.
